About Samantha Schlieter

I’m a legacy kid in every sense of the word. My mom founded Heritage when I was seven, so I quite literally grew up in the business — watching cartoons in the back office, doing homework at empty desks, and rolling around in agents’ chairs while listening to real estate conversations that sounded like a second language at the time. I’ve lived my whole life on these streets, attending local schools and tagging along to open houses, often witnessing my mom leap out of the car to investigate a new listing. I never imagined I’d follow the same path, but these days she’s no longer running up to houses alone — now she has an alibi… and a getaway driver. Outside of real estate, I stay busy raising three kids, caring for a small farm of animals, and spending time with my husband, who is easily my favorite person in the world.

Professionally, I don’t believe in doing anything halfway. My competitive nature pushed me to pursue additional certifications before I even received my license, including specialized training in Luxury Homes and Negotiation. I take a hands-on, highly personal approach to every listing and transaction. Rather than outsourcing important elements like property marketing or relying on generic copy, I believe your home’s story should be told authentically. You know it best — my job is to learn it second best so I can represent both you and your property with care, clarity, and confidence.

While I may be newly licensed, I am far from new to real estate or to Siskiyou County. This is my home, and I understand the nuances, values, and character that make properties here unique. Most importantly, I bring both fresh energy and deeply rooted experience to the table — backed by a built-in resource with more than 40 years in the industry and a standing promise that she’ll always pick up the phone.

And if you think I didn’t use AI to help me condense my wordiness here… you’re crazy.
