I am a second generation Californian. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and in 1984 got my real estate license. My family and I moved to Red Bluff where we lived and I sold real estate for many years; including owning my own office, “Illian Properties”.
I am proud of my long time membership and affiliation with Rotary International and my past presidency 1995-96.
I have loved and visited Scott Valley almost my entire life and had the great fortune of moving to Fort Jones in 2005, placing my Brokers license with Scott Valley Real Estate. Upon the closure of that office, I joined Heritage Properties and continue to specialize in Scott Valley properties, with knowledge of its’ diverse landscapes.
It goes without saying that real estate knowledge is an important aspect of my business. I believe that understanding people is even more important, and as a result, my business is driven by the needs of the people. The importance of meeting individual needs as they relate to the purchase or sale of property is paramount. Listening carefully, I strive to learn and understand the underlying motivation for the sale or purpose. Once I know what my clients expect, I do my best to help them achieve their goal.
